The National Monuments Service's description

On a natural rise in an area of flat wet terrain under pasture. There is a linear barrow cemetery (TS065-073001-; TS065-073002-; TS065-073003-; TS065-073004-; TS065-073005-; TS065-073006-; TS065-073007-) c. 130-230m to the S-SW which runs NE-SW. This monument (overall diam. 13.6m N-S; 13m E-W) was identified as a circular feature on Google Earth aerial imagery (Imagery Date: 2/20/2009). It consists of a central mound (diam. 5.1m N-S; 5.4m E-W) enclosed by a fosse (Wth 1.3m; D 0.12-0.2m) and an outer bank (Wth at base 3m; Wth at crest 1.2m; H above int. 0.22m; H above ext. 0.12m). The outer bank is clearly visible in the NW and from NE-SW. There are flag irises growing in the fosse in the SW and W sectors and on the bank in the W quadrant. A field drain (Wth 1.5m; D 0.15m) runs into the fosse in the N quadrant.
