The National Monuments Service's description
On a gradual N-facing slope in undulating terrain, under tillage since 1970s. Another enclosure (TS062-124----) is located c. 50m to NNW. Though the enclosure is levelled, it is sometimes visible as a cropmark (int. diam. 32m N-S; 31m E-W), the fosse being visible as an area of more dense grass growth (Wth 4.4m on E side; 6.5m on the N side). It is depicted on the current OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure surrounded by a wide fosse, which is wider in the northern half. A small internal feature is also depicted. These can be discerned as an area of more dense grass growth (dims. 12m N-S; c. 11m E-W). This monument is indicated on an aerial photograph taken in 1969 (CUCAP AYO 76) with the enclosing fosse clearly visible. The enclosure had been transected in the E quadrant by a field boundary running N-S but this has also been removed.
