The National Monuments Service's description
In interior of a moated site (TS062-084----), which is situated on low natural rise in wet, rushy terrain in rough pasture. There are two other building footings in the interior (TS062-084001-; TS062-084002-). If contemporary with the moated site the wall-footings of the internal buildings, possibly houses, are medieval in date. A possible third structure (dims. 5.6m x 10.2m), less well defined then the other two structures, is located in the W sector and appears to utilise the W bank of the moated site to form the W side of the structure.
