The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle S-facing slope in gently undulating terrain, under pasture. A concentric enclosure (TS062-059001-) is located c. 120m to SSE and there is an enclosure (TS062-059002-) immediately to the N. Earthwork depicted on 1st (1840) ed. OS 6-inch map and on the 1903-04 ed. as a lozenge-shaped enclosure transected E-W by a bank or scarp in the N quadrant. Monument levelled, although there are undulations in the field where the monument stood, it is not visible at ground level.
