The National Monuments Service's description
In level area of farmyard. Very poorly preserved, sub-oval area (dims. 38m N-S; 35m E-W) defined by remains of bank reduced to steep scarp (Wth 2.1m; H 2.3m), where seen, NNW-SSE and levelled, where seen, SSE-NNW. Possible fosse re-cut as drain NW-NE, is obscured by dense overgrowth. Trackways truncate fosse area to E, S and W. Monument truncated by slatted shed in SW-quadrant. Remainder of interior has an uneven surface due to dumping of organic material and is covered in impenetrable nettles and vegetation.
