The National Monuments Service's description
Abutting moated site (TS061-059----) to E. Rectangular area (dims. 48m NW-SE; 35m NE-SW) defined by scarp (Wth 1.4-2m; H 0.1-0.2m; L 30m at SE; L 48m at NE; L 29m at NW; L 42m at SW), which is disturbed at S-angle. Remains of fosse (overall Wth 6.4m; basal Wth 2m; D 0.15m) on NW-side. Interior has a slightly uneven surface with a gentle SSW-facing slope. Raised farm road traverses monument off-centre to NE. Ringfort (TS061-058----) is c. 60m to WNW.
