The National Monuments Service's description
In improved pasture, tilting downwards to NW, toward base of Kill Hill. No visible surface trace. Depicted on 1840 OS 6-inch map as a triangular area (L of sides c. 20m) and on 2nd (1952-4) edition OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (map dims. c. 41m N-S; c. 42m E-W). A sketch plan and sections were drawn in 1954 depicting a slightly oval monument enclosed by a bank (OS Field Memorandums).
