The National Monuments Service's description

In improved, level pasture. Monument is depicted as a roughly circular enclosure on the 1st (1840) ed. OS 6-inch map but is not shown on the 2nd (1906) ed. Circular area (dims. 14m E-W; 13m N-S) defined by scarp (Wth 2-4m; H 0.15-0.25m) NW-S which is poorly defined where it is levelled out S-NW. Possible fosse (overall Wth 9m; basal Wth 2.5m; D 0.1m) is traceable ESE-S.
