The National Monuments Service's description
In improved pasture, on a high, natural ridge (long axis c. N-S). Monument identified during ASI fieldwork. An upright limestone standing stone (H 1.2m) is square in plan (Wth 0.3m; T 0.25m) with rounded top. It tilts gently to the ENE. Packing stone to N (L 0.3m; Wth 0.15m; T 0.13m) and S (L 0.45m; Wth 0.35m; T 0.17m). Evidence of rubbing by animals and the ground around the base is denuded and poached. According to local information, this stone has always been here in living memory.
