The National Monuments Service's description
In improved pasture, on a gentle S-facing slope. Remains of semi-circular area (dims. 18m E-W; 8m N-S) defined by levelled scarp (Wth 3m; H 0.2m) from E-S-W. A shallow linear depression (Wth 1.2m; D 0.05m) c. 4m to the N, extends (long-axis E-W) across the field and may be the remains of old field boundary/drain. The interior of the monument and surface of field are generally uneven.
