The National Monuments Service's description

In grassland on a SW-facing slope of rising ground in upland area with good views to S, W and N and higher ground to E. Nearby possible ringfort (TS055-029----) 240m to SW, ringfort (TS055-007----) 300m to W and enclosure (TS055-028----) 400m to W. Poorly preserved ringfort consists of a slightly raised circular area (diam. 30m NE-SW; 31m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (top Wth 1.5m; base Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.1-0.2m; ext. H 1.5-0.6m) which has been mainly reduced to a scarp and is best preserved at NE and outer fosse (base Wth 1.2m; top Wth 3m; ext. D 0.5-0.7m) with no entrance feature visible. Interior follows sloping terrain from NE to SW with no effort to raised the interior to create a level interior. Incorporated into corner of field where bank and outer fosse acts as field boundary from N through E to SE. No other features visible.
