The National Monuments Service's description
On top of high reclaimed pasture in upland area with good extensive views. Nearby ring-barrow (TS049-031----) and burials (TS049-030----) 124m and 260m to the W respectively. Natural hillock which has been scarped to form a low elongated mound (diam. 25m N-S; 35m E-W-; H 1m) with no enclosing bank or fosse visible. Stone flags visible protruding from top of mound may be remains of cist graves.
