The National Monuments Service's description
On top of a natural hillock in upland area with good panoramic views in all directions. No surface remains of any enclosure in area marked on six inch OS 6-inch map, enclosure situated on recently disturbed grassland. Depicted as a small circular earthwork (diam. c. 14m) on the 1st (1840) ed. 6-inch OS map and a short curving section of scarp/bank is depicted on the 25-inch OS map. Quarry located to W of monument. No other features visible.
