The National Monuments Service's description
On top of high ground with good views in all directions, nearby hall house (TS043-005002-) located 200m to the NE. Church (TS043-005001-) now incorporated into farmyard outhouse which the landowner believes is the church building itself. No surface remains of graveyard which is indicated on first ed. OS 6-inch map located to the S and W of the church. The OS Letters mentions an old church and graveyard located in the area marked on the OS 6-inch map (O'Flanagan, vol. 1, 160).
