The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on top of a low rise in undulating countryside with good views in all directions. This possible ringfort is depicted on the 2nd (1903) ed. OS 6-inch map as an oval enclosure (overall diam. c. 56m N-S; c. 50m E-W) but is not visible at ground level. The field boundaries which are depicted as enclosing the monument on the 2nd ed. map have been removed, and it is likely that the monument was levelled at the same time.
