The National Monuments Service's description

In Baunmore bog, this togher, which occurred 0 to 0.3m below the field surface, consisted of longitudinal roundwood (average diam. 0.12m) on a substructure of light brushwood (average diam. 0.02m). The upper elements were orientated NE–SW and were associated with badly disturbed elements exposed on the field surface 5m to the NW. The elements were in a moderate state of preservation in the drain face but in a poor condition on the field surface. The peat in which the togher was recorded was a moderately humified sphagnum peat with moderate amounts of eriophorum.
