The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on flat pasture in a slightly elevated area. Depicted as a circular enclosure on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map. An irregular-shaped, slightly raised area (dims 30m N-S; 31m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 1.8m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1-2.2m) and outer fosse (Wth 2.5-3.5m; D 0.9m) with no entrance feature visible.
