The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a NE-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area on poorly drained land. A D-shaped area (diam. 25m N-S) enclosed by a poorly preserved bank (Wth 2m; H 0.3m) reduced to a scarp in most places with possible entrance gap (Wth 2.5m) at SE. A modern drain intersects the site at NW on a NE-SW axis. No visible trace of a fosse.
