The National Monuments Service's description
File refers to monument AR-28 in Site Assessment reports (p. 102-113) for the Nenagh By-pass in 1994 (Unpublished Report 1997), although classified as an excavated feature it was referred to in the file as a possible ring-barrow. Motorway now located where monument was situated, no access to unpublished site assessment report.
