The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in fields to the W of Nenagh Mart, behind St Patrick's Terrace on O'Growney Street. A number of nine possible barrows (TN020-099/008) show up on aerial photographs (OSAP 3585, 16.5.1986). These could also have been formed from cattle feeding rings, though the variation in dimensions suggests otherwise.

Ring-barrow consisting of a low circular mound (diam. 2.25m; H 0.07m) enclosed by a wide internal fosse (Wth 3m; D 0.1m) with no outer bank visible.
