The partial remains of the E end of a church (dims. 9.1m N-S; 7.4m E-W; wall T. 0.9m) which has been converted into the burial place of the Trench family of Sopwell Hall. Blocked-up windows are evident on the N and S walls with later cut-stone surrounds inserted at the W end of the N and S walls and in the E gable. No other features visible. The large graveyard (TN008-045001) around the church contains eighteenth- and nineteenth-century headstones.
