The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on poorly drained rock outcrop in undulating countryside. Depicted on the 1843 ed. OS 6-inch map as a small circular enclosure, not indicated on subsequent editions of the OS 6-inch maps. The W half of the enclosure is shown upstanding as a curving bank on the revised 1901 ed. OS 25-inch map. Not visible at ground level.
