The National Monuments Service's description
In water and reeds in the NW end of Lough Gara, c. 150m SE of another crannog (SL044-072----). A low-cairn crannog (7.7m N-S; 11m E-W; H 0.76m above the lake-bed; H 0.2m above the water) consisting of moderately to well-sorted limestone stones (diam. c. 0.2m), loosely set in the marl mud. There is a mid-cairn (3.2m N-S; 4m E-W) slightly off centre to W. (Fredengren 2002, KILF 002)
