The National Monuments Service's description
In a graveyard (SL036-021003-). Mason (1816, vol. 2, 358) referred to the 'ruins of ancient building which is said to have been a college, or place of education for young men intended for the priesthood' in the graveyard. According to O'Rorke (1890, vol. 2, 141), this building was a church which 'stood on the site of the present Protestant church [SL036-021001-], where some ruins may still be seen'. There are no remains of this church now visible.
