The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on an E-facing slope and immediately W of a stream. The remains of an oval stone-built structure (int. diam. 9.9m x 8.3m). The sod-covered walls (Wth 1.95m; int. H 0.95m; ext. H 0.35m) have a rubble core and inner and outer stone facing. The entrance (Wth 0.85m) is at N. The interior is concave and the E portion is raised to compensate for the hillslope.
