The National Monuments Service's description
Near the crest of a low ridge in rolling pasture. Part of a WSW-facing gallery (L c. 3m; Wth 1.2m) and the remains of outer-walling and a facade survive here. Two orthostats are visible on the S side of the gallery. Opposite the western of these there is another orthostat and to the E of this two corbels rising above fill continue the line of the gallery side. Just beyond these there is a partly concealed stone which may also be a corbel. There are five outer-wall stones to the S of the gallery, two of them together at the W and three alongside at the E. The N side of the outer-walling is represented by a single stone. Two facade stones adjoin the W end of the outer-wall at the S. Two roofstones cover the surviving length of gallery. A third roofstone which lay to the E of these and also the northern half of the façade have been lost since the later half of the 19th century (Wood-Martin 1883-4, 453-4; 1888, 172-4). A stone protruding from a fence crossing the NW corner of the structure and another alongside it may be displaced facade stones. A stone at the E end of the structure could indicate the back of the outer wall but is not definitely in situ. Traces of a mound, not more than 0.5m high, are visible along the S side of the monument. A court tomb (SL035-062----) is c. 100m to NNE and the site of an unclassified megalithic tomb (SL035-061----) is c. 150m to NNE. (Ó Nualláin 1989, 65-6, no. 105)
