The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a limestone outcrop surrounded by bog. An oval raised area (c. 45m N-S; c. 20m E-W) defined by a bank (Wth 4.3m; int. H 1m; ext. H 1.45m) along the N arc and by a scarp elsewhere.
