The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture in limestone terrain, on a terrace on a high ridge overlooking the E shore of Lough Arrow. To NE ground shelves up gradually; to SW it falls steeply for c. 400m in a series of rocky terraces, eventually levelling out at the lake shore.
This enclosure is not shown on any edition of the OS 6-inch maps. It is visible in aerial imagery (Digital globe, Google Earth).
Circular area (diam. 21m N−S; 21 E−W) defined by a low remnants of a bank (Wth 1.4m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.3m at E). The enclosure backs onto a slight rise at W bordered by a N−S seam of limestone bedrock. This gives the interior a gentle dip or slightly concave profile. The enclosing bank is evident at NNW−SE as a low grass-covered rise, best preserved at E−SE; it is barely discernible on the W half where it converges with rising ground. The interior mirrors the natural slope, with a gentle fall from the perimeter at W toward the centre where it levels out but is only marginally higher than exterior ground level.

Notified to NMS by Andrew Goodison.
