The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, at the end of a ridge. This possible rath is not visible at ground level. It was indicated on the 1838 OS 6-inch map as a circular area of rough ground and on the 1914 OS 6-inch map as an embanked semicircular area (c. 35m NE-SW; projecting c. 40m to NW) on the NW side of a townland boundary and immediately SW of a road.
