The National Monuments Service's description
Listed in the SMR (1989) and classified 'Sweathouse'. Not included in the RMP (1995). On a hillside, on the W shore of Lough Bo. On the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map is a feature bearing the designation 'Sweat Ho.' No remains of a sweathouse were identified at this location. This is probably post-1700 AD in date.
