The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on top of a drumlin. The remains of a raised oval area (int. diam. 28m E-W; 20m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 1.8m), the S arc is quarried away and a NNE-SSW field boundary replaces the E arc. There is a possible souterrain (SL033-158002-) near the scarp in the NW quadrant. Another rath (SL033-157----) is c. 30m to NW.
