The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a gentle S-facing slope at the base of Muckelty Hill. Named 'cave' on the 1838 OS 6-inch map. According to local information, this souterrain was closed recently. There are now no visible remains of it though a clump of nettles may mark its location.
