The inner bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.4m) drops 1.8m to the base of the intervening fosse. The outer bank (Wth 3.5m) drops 1.2m to the base of the intervening fosse and 1.4m to the base of the external fosse. The entrance is at SE through the inner (Wth 1.2m) and outer (Wth 1.8m) banks with causeways across both fosses. The rath is densely overgrown with trees and bushes, including rhododendrons.
