The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a gentle N-facing slope. A circular area (int. diam. 30m N-S; 31m E-W) enclosed by remains of an earth and stone bank (Wth 4m; int. H 1m; ext. H 1.5m) with an external fosse (Wth 4.8m; D 0.75m). The bank is best preserved along the E and W arcs and along part of the S arc. The entrance (Wth 2m) is at SE with a causeway across the fosse. Part of the NE quadrant has been removed by quarrying.
