The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a low rise in lowlying, level pasture. Raised circular area (dims. 26.8m N-S; 25m E-W) enclosed by a stone revetted bank of earth and stone (Wth. 5.7m; int. H 0.9m). Portion of the bank has been quarried away at E. No fosse. Partially stone-lined break in bank at S (Wth. 2.4m) represents original entrance. Within the NW quadrant of the interior is a house site (SL019-090002-). A possible souterrain extends from the entrance into the interior (SL019-090003-).
