The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a low knoll close to the shoreline on the W side of Ballisodare Bay. Raised approximately circular area (dims. 23.6m E-W; 21m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.85m - 1.4m) which is enchanced by the natural slope of the knoll at S, W and N. No bank or fosse. Original entrance not recognisable.
