The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in the SE quadrant of an enclosure (SL019-003----) which is partly defined by the naturally-occurring steep, rocky sides of a spur. This hut site is evident as a low, roughly circular platform (7.6m N-S; 6.6m E-W) built up on the N side to compensate for the slope in the enclosure interior. The broadly slumped scarp (H 1.75m) at N changes at E and W to fragmentary remains of wall footings. At SE-S it merges with the scarp of the enclosure. A second hut site (SL019-003002-) is located a short distance WNW.
