The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, extending across a series of natural terraces on the W-facing slope of Red Hill. The remains of a series of rectangular and subrectangular fields defined by low and largely levelled earth and stones bank (Wth. 0.8-1.2m; H 0.3m). The field boundaries extend on NNW–SSE and WNW–ESE axes but the remains are fragmentary and it is not possible to trace the full outline of the fields. Recorded in an aerial photograph (ACAP V203/133-3, Roll 127 Pr. 33). Butting one of the field boundaries is a possible enclosure (SL018-050002-), and towards E end of the field system, is another enclosure (SL019-259----). Located c. 200-250m to S of these enclosures, there are a megalithic structure (SL018-051001-), a cashel (SL018-051002-), an enclosure (SL018-051002-) and another field system (SL018-051009-).
