The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located within a field system (SL018-045003-). Remains of a rectangular two-roomed house (20m NE-SW; 6m NW-SE), with walls defined by low sod-covered banks (Wth 1.4m; H 0.5m). The house is partitioned into two rooms of roughly equal size by NW-SE wall. The SE side of the house is incorporated into a field boundary which forms part of a grid of small rectangular fields (SL018-045003-), which also enclose a ringfort/cashel (SL018-046001-) located c. 130m to S. The rectangular house and grid of fields appear to post-date the ringfort and may be post-1700 in date.
