The National Monuments Service's description
Morris (1940, 200-2) recorded a cist burial identified during the digging of a ditch to obtain material for a field boundary. The floor, sides, ends and roof of the grave (L 1.83; Wth. 0.61m), which was aligned E-W, were formed of 'thin slaty flags'. A layer of sand had been placed underneath the flags forming the floor. The grave contained the skeleton of a female, whose head had been placed at the W end. No grave goods. Not located.
