The National Monuments Service's description
In an overgrown copse to the S of modern houses. A raised circular area (diam. 13m) is enclosed by a fosse (Wth 4.1m), an earthen bank (int. H 1.19m; ext. H 0.94m; Wth 3.7m), which encloses the site from SE to N, an outer fosse (Wth 1.6m; D 0.94m), which encloses the site from SW to NW and an external bank (dims. unattainable due to dense vegetation), which encloses the site from SW to NW. There is a causewayed entrance (Wth 4.5m) at the E.
