The National Monuments Service's description
At a rath (SL012-066001-). Centrally located within the interior of the rath is a deep pit (11m E-W; 4-5m N-S; D 1.3m) which is overgrown with scrub. This may mark the site of a collapsed souterrain. Alternatively it may be a relatively modern quarry.
