The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a low NNW-SSE ridge in poorly-drained pasture. Raised circular platform (diam. 24m N–S; ext. H 1.5m at S) enclosed on top by a low earthen bank (Wth 2m; int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.55-0.6m). A berm (Wth 3.4m), with remnants of a low bank (Wth 2-5m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.7m at N) at its outer edge at NW–NE, intervenes between the bank and the outer edge of the platform. In the interior, which slopes down slightly from W to E, there are a number of pits and hollow resulting from relatively recent disturbance. A linear depression at S may indicate a collapsed souterrain (SL012-052002-).
