The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, situated on a terrace on the steep NE-facing slope of a NW-SE ridge. Much degraded, oval-shaped area (19.4m NW-SE; 15.4m NE-SW) enclosed by a low bank (Wth 1.9m at W, 2.5m at NE; int. H 0.3-0.4m; ext. H 0.5m at W, 1.4m at NE) of earth and stone. No fosse. Original entrance not recognisable. A modern NE-SW field boundary, which formerly adjoined the SW side of the enclosure, has been removed. There is a possible barrow (SL012-005001-) 19m to SW.
