The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a low N-S ridge in pasture. Slightly raised circular area (21m N-S; 19.5m E-W) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth. 2.3m; H 0.4m). No fosse. There are a number of breaks in the bank but the original entrance is not recognisable. The internal ground level is uneven. Within the SW quadrant, close to the internal face of the bank, is a rectangular depression which may mark the site of a hut or house site (SL012-003005-). There is a narrow break in the bank at S (Wth. 1.4m) at the point where a field bank (SL012-003002-) abutts the site.
