The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on slight N-facing slope in strongly undulating pasture. Slightly raised D-shaped area (16.5m E-W; 16m N-S) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 3.3m; int. H 0.3m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. The bank encloses the site S-NE forming the curved section of the D-shape. It follows the line of the top of a steep natural NNE facing break of slope NNW-NE. The E side of the enclosure is defined by a linear relic field boundary (Wth base 1.5m; H 0.4m) NE-SE. The original entrance is not recognisable.
