The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a slight rise in gently undulating pasture. Raised roughly circular area (diam. c.25m) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth c.5.7m; int. H c.0.5m; ext. H c.2.5m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. The bank has been incorporated into a NNE-WSW orientated field boundary bank from W-NW. The original entrance is not recognisable. The interior of the site is densely overgrown and inaccessible.
