The National Monuments Service's description
In St Columba’s church in Drumcliff graveyard (SL008-084002-). The remains comprise two fragments. The first is built into the north interior wall of the porch of the Church of Ireland church (built 1809) beside a graveslab (SL008-084013-) to Elizabeth Soden (dated 1704). The exposed face (L 1m; T 0.30m) is decorated with a series of interlace designs similar to those on the high cross (SL008-08404-) in the graveyard (SL008-084002-). The second fragment is set into the west wall of the nave and forms part of the quoin of the S ingoing for the west door. The stone measures 1.05m along its exposed E face and 0.68m along the ingoing; it is 0.30m thick. The E face is decorated with similar ornament to the other fragment described above and has a small socket (L 0.14m; Wth 0.08m; D 0.07 ) at its N end. It seems likely that these two fragments formed part of the shaft of a high cross.
