The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a slight SE-facing slope in undulating pasture. Slightly raised circular area (diam. 32m) enclosed by a low broad bank of earth (Wth 6.4m; int. H 1m; ext. H 1.15m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. The bank has been incorporated into a NE-SW orientated field boundary bank NW-NE. A break (Wth. 2m) in the bank at NE marks the position of the original entrance.
