The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on level ground in gently undulating pasture. Slightly raised circular area (dims. 49m N-S; 48m E-Wm) enclosed by a low broad bank of earth (Wth 8m; int. H 0.15m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. From W-NW the bank is absent and a NNE-WSW orientated farm track lies along the edge of the site. The bank is absent NE-E and the circuit is defined by a low board scarp. A drystone field wall lies along the line of the removed bank E-SE. A break (Wth 4m) in the bank and a ramp to the exterior at WSW may mark the position of the original entrance.
